Yes, this is a real device, and no, it’s not meant as a punishment. Apparently the inventor has had such success with the Dog-o-Matic in France that she’s going to start distributing these all across Europe. Now I’m sure that in reality your dog isn’t having quite as bad of a time as we might think, but it still looks like you’re just popping them into a giant front-loading washing machine. If you’re ever in France and you really want your dog to hate you, just insert $47 and toss your dog in.

A Croatian politician has been swept to power after promising voters he would rip them off at every opportunity.
Bare-faced Josko Risa was voted in as mayor in Prolozac with a landslide victory using the slogan: "All for me - nothing for you."

Indian dad avoids washing for 35 years
An Indian man who fathered seven daughters has not washed for 35 years in an apparent attempt to ensure his next child is a boy, newspapers reported.
Kailash "Kalau" Singh replaces bathing and brushing his teeth with a "fire bath" every evening when he stands on one leg beside a bonfire, smokes marijuana and says prayers to Lord Shiva, according to the Hindustan Times.

Couple arrested for having sex in front of children
A couple in the US were arrested after police discovered them having sex in their car, in front of two young children.
When approached by Ohio police, 24-year-old Danica Wallace and 29-year-old Jeremy Welch explained their actions by saying "We got horny and just wanted to f***”, Britain’s Sun reports.
