Wikileaks schlägt zurück
Das Enthüllungs-Netzwerk Wikileaks droht dem australischen Kommunikationsminister Stephen Conroy mit einer Klage nach schwedischem Recht. Außerdem im Überblick: Rebellion gegen das neue Facebook, und die britische Regierung investiert trotz massiver Kritik munter in "Second Life".
Als gestern die vermeintliche Internetseiten-Sperrliste seiner Regierung auf Wikileaks auftauchte, polterte der australische Kommunikationsminister Steven Conroy gegen das Whistleblower-Netzwerk : "Es ist nicht die echte Blacklist", stellte Conroy unmissverständlich klar und verdammte Wikileaks als "grob unverantwortlich". Die Urheber der Liste müssten mit Strafverfolgung durch die australische Bundespolizei rechnen, kündigte Conroy an. Doch inzwischen droht Wikileaks zurück - und zwar dem australischen Kommunikationsminister mit juristischen Schritten.

28 Kilo Kokain in Bananenkisten sichergestellt
Überraschung im Supermarkt: Zwei Bananenkisten mit mehr als 28 Kilogramm Kokain sind versehentlich im bayerischen Illertissen gelandet. Eine Mitarbeiterin eines Supermarktes entdeckte in der Ware aus Kolumbien das in 26 gelbe Päckchen eingewickelte Rauschgift. Offenbar ist den Schmugglern ein Fehler unterlaufen.

20 kilos of cocaine plates arrive in Barcelona
It was an entire 42-piece crockery set, with plates, bowls, cups and saucers fit to honour any group of diners – especially if they had a serious drug habit.
Spanish police have seized a 20kg (44lb) consignment of crockery sent from Maracaibo, Venezuela’s second-largest city, to Barcelona, via London, after discovering that it was made out of compressed cocaine.

Fast acht Jahre lang hat das Bundeskriminalamt systematisch Besucher seiner Homepage registriert. Jetzt hat das Bundesinnenministerium dieses Daten-Screening nach SPIEGEL-Informationen gestoppt - weil es womöglich gegen ein Grundrecht verstößt.
