The Netbook Hackintosh Video Apple Made Wired Take Down
Gadget Lab writer and Giz friend Brian X. Chen said earlier today via Twitter that Apple "is suing Wired for my video tutorial on hacking netbooks to run Mac OS X." Updated.
Update 2: Wired got back to us. The official story is that they're not being sued, it was just a misunderstanding by Chen. But Wired has pulled the video after reviewing Apple's complaint about it.

Apple's iTunes Store is almost completely DRM-free, and will be entirely DRM-free from spring. This means files downloaded from iTunes work on heaps of devices that aren't from Apple. What better way to celebrate the final bullet to the living corpse of copy protection than by reading everything you need to know about iTunes Plus? There isn't one. And anyone who tells you otherwise is a liar, and not your friend.

Am 11. Januar 2009 hat die amerikanische Cannabis-Legalisierungs-Organisation NORML einen Aufruf veröffentlicht, um Professor Louk Hulsman von der Universität Rotterdam und das holländische Ministerium für Gesundheit, Wohlfahrt und Sport für den Friedensnobelpreis zu nominieren.
