YouTube Enables Deep Linking Within Videos
It’s not a big new feature but it’s certainly one that will come in handy: YouTube will now allow you to send users to a specific point in a video by appending a short tag to the end of a video’s URL. It’s pretty surprising that this functionality wasn’t available earlier, as Google Video introduced the same feature over two years ago. YouTube users have been forced to rely on third party services like Splicd to do the same thing.

Stefan Raab an unlikely TV star - ProSieben host set to become international mogul
He is obnoxious yet witty, irreverent and unconventional -- but he's got talent. Stefan Raab, a most unlikely Teuton TV star, has long been the creative centerpiece of the ProSieben empire.
In pubcaster-dominated Germany, TV exports haven't done particularly well. German humor always seemed to get lost in translation.
But Raab -- a self-deprecating host, producer, comedian, songwriter and singer from Cologne -- is on his way to becoming an international TV mogul with the surprising success of his offbeat gameshow "Schlag den Raab" (Beat Your Host), a format that has been turned into an improbable German export success.

Männer, die alles genau wissen wollen - 25 Jahre „c't“

HotPlug: Transport a live computer without shutting it down.
What is HotPlug? With HotPlug, you can move a computer without powering it down!
We created this product for our Government/Forensic customers - but it has IT uses as well. Need to move a server without powering it down? HotPlug can do it.
Bottom line: WiebeTech's HotPlug allows hot seizure and removal of computers from the field to anywhere else on the planet. HotPlug keeps power flowing to the computer while transferring the computer's power input from one A/C source (such as a wall outlet or power strip) to another (a portable UPS) and back again.
