That’s my mum,’ says Banksy.
He’s pointing at a googly-eyed stencil portrait of an old lady. ‘Don’t tell her I gave her funny eyes, though. It’s not her most flattering portrait.’
Before I continue, I should clarify: officially this man isn’t Banksy. But unofficially, he’s so Banksy I want to slice off his face and put it on eBay.
From my past encounters I’m 99 per cent sure it’s him.

RFID could kill you
Researchers in the Netherlands have discovered that RFID systems, intended for tracking hospital kit, can fatally interfere with life-support systems from a distance of 30 centimetres.
The tests were pretty rigorous: 41 different devices from 22 manufacturers were each tested against passive and active RFID systems. The passive system, operating at 868MHz, generated problems in 26 devices, while the active system, sitting at 125kHz, only affected 8 of them.

Missile Defense in Europe Needs Testing, Pentagon Says
A proposed U.S. missile defense system in Europe that is intended to defend against a postulated Iranian missile threat cannot reasonably proceed without time-consuming testing and validation, according to a newly disclosed internal assessment (pdf) performed for the Department of Defense last year.

New round in Berlusconi v judges
Since first coming to power in 1994 Silvio Berlusconi has faced 17 judicial investigations into his complicated business affairs.
The Italian prime minister is one of the country's richest men, with a personal fortune estimated at $12bn.
He is currently facing two trials in Milan.
