The Kleptones - The Underground Hand That Buttoned The Widow

Mash-up track by The Kleptones. "What does it feel like when you're dancing?" "Sorta feels good. Sorta stiff and that, but once I get going... then I, like, forget everything. And... sorta disappear. Like I feel a change in my whole body. And I've got this fire in my body. I'm just there."

'Oldest' computer music unveiled

A scratchy recording of Baa Baa Black Sheep and a truncated version of In the Mood are thought to be the oldest known recordings of computer generated music.

The songs were captured by the BBC in the Autumn of 1951 during a visit to the University of Manchester.

The recording has been unveiled as part of the 60th Anniversary of "Baby", the forerunner of all modern computers.

The tunes were played on a Ferranti Mark 1 computer, a commercial version of the Baby Machine.

The Grass-Roots Marijuana Wars

Don Duncan says he is not a pot smoker. "I haven't in eight or nine years now," says Duncan, 37. "It wasn't the right thing for me." Which is ironic, since he spends most of his day around plenty of cannabis as part owner of a West Hollywood, Calif. dispensary of medical marijuana, a storefront operation where as many as 100 customers — Duncan is careful to call them patients — line up daily with letters from their doctors to procure products with names like L.A. Confidential and Purple Urkel.
