Workers rescued from giant vat of fish feces
This nasty rescue is no fish tale.
Rescuers cut through a filtration tank of dense fish feces to reach four workers who fell into the sludgy dung Friday while cleaning the 18-foot tank at a western Massachusetts farm.
The workers became trapped for 45 minutes after a bracket holding a plastic filtration pad collapsed as workers stood on it to clean the fiberglass tank at the Australis Aquaculture fish farm, said Turners Falls Fire Capt. David Dion and the fish farm's manager, Josh Goldman.

Inside one of the biggest antiquities-smuggling rings in history
Early one morning in June, 2003, two dozen police officers drew their guns and prepared to raid a stately three-story brick-and-concrete home on a corner lot in Everest Colony, a quiet residential neighborhood on the outskirts of the Indian city of Jaipur. Several khaki-clad officers scaled the imposing stone wall surrounding the house, disarmed a guard, and opened the gate. Under the gaze of a security camera, the rest of the team filed silently onto the property. The raid was the culmination of a yearlong investigation and months of surveillance, during which officers had posed as vagrants and fruit peddlers. They had timed the strike for dawn, hoping to startle the inhabitants.

Pirate Bay plundered by hackers
Buccaneering BitTorrent source The Pirate Bay has been hacked and a copy of its user database stolen, the site admitted.
The Swedish outfit copped to the data breach in its blog, which ironically was the site of the vulnerability. It said:
They have got a copy of the user database. That is, your username and passwords. But, the passwords are stored encrypted, so it's not a big deal, but it's still very sad that it's out there. All emails are for instance encrypted as well, they will most likely not be able to decrypt them either (they are very encrypted)
We encourage all our users to change passwords as soon as possible - and if you have the same password on the bay as other places, you should update them as well.
