Plane's late, wings off, but fruit's fresh

MUMBAI: In fiction they call it magic realism. Imagine waking up on a Monday morning in Chembur to find a massive Boeing 737 parked calmly outside your house.

It all started at about 3 am on Sunday when the driver of a giant trailer carrying the fuselage of an Air Sahara plane out of the city asked for directions to the Mumbai-Pune highway. The aircraft was headed for Delhi where it will reportedly be used at a flight training academy.

Fake Disneyland in China

The President of the park, who is interviewed in the video, tells them that nothing is copied from Disney and that all the characters are original creations (He also says the line about Mickey rip-off = big-eared cat). However, a little girl they encounter tells them that she sees Disney characters, and even the people inside the character costumes admit that they're based on Disney's creations.

LAPD ASSAULTS IMMIGRATION REFORM DEMONSTRATORS

Towards the end of what would otherwise have been a peaceful march and rally, LAPD riot police fired rubber bullets into a crowd of immigration reform demonstrators in Los Angeles Tuesday, May 1, 2007.

This video clip shows police using aggressive crowd control tactics, including rubber bullets and gas, to disperse a group of demonstrators from McArthur Park.

At least one person had bruise marks after being shot. Others were seen being pushed around by police.

There were many other peaceful marches across the nation, as tens of thousands of people marched nationwide, urging Congress to give status to millions of illegal immigrants who come to the U.S. for work.
