Astronaut arrested on attempted kidnapping charges
A NASA astronaut was arrested Monday on battery and attempted kidnapping charges after allegedly trying to subdue a romantic rival with pepper spray and abduct her from a parking lot at Orlando International Airport, police said.

Robot DJs - Don’t Just Request Electropop
I wonder how people actually get hold of these robotic arms, and marvel at their creativity in expounding its function. A pair of Kuko industrial robots have actually been programmed to take over the role of a DJ at parties and nightspots, boasting the ability to scratch discs and mix music to keep the people grooving throughout the night and into the wee hours of the morning.

Pirated Game Servers - Hacker Attracts 50,000 Subscribers to Online Game
It common to go up against law enforcement in video games. Such titles as Grand Theft Auto and Saints Row prove that playing it bad can be fun. But in real life it is far from a game. That’s what one gamer learned when he attempted to run a pirated server for the popular Lineage II online role-playing game. The FBI’s Web site is reporting how a California man obtained the title’s source code, and then went on to set a server that attracted more than 50,000 subscribers.

Create a glowing ball of plasma in your microwave with a grape!
I enjoy trying adventurous recipes and all sorts of other stuff in my kitchen now that I live in my own pad. Only if my mom had to know about all this! However I didn’t know that other than wine, grapes are capable of creating plasma too. The ingredients are - a microwave, a grape and some science; combine have fun!

Dead Sodas
Collecting old cans and bottles of soda, preferably full, is one of the things about me that I try to hide from those closest. It's a shameful hobby, I admit, but it's not my fault God wired me in such a way that I cannot live without two sealed cans of Surge serving as bookends for six or seven really light books.
