Telekom Austria überlegt "Maut" für Google & Co
Die Attraktivität des Internets liegt in der Vielfalt der Inhalte, die von jedem Rechner weltweit abgerufen werden können. Doch einige Provider spielen mit dem Gedanken, von Google & Co eine Art Maut für die Datenübertragung zu verlangen oder die Ausfahrt zum Kunden zu blockieren. In Österreich soll der Wettbewerb den Vollzugriff garantieren. Doch nun denkt die Telekom Austria laut über diese Netzneutralität nach.

50 tunnels discovered running under U.S. Mexico border
Seven of the largest tunnels discovered under the U.S.-Mexico border in recent years have yet to be filled in, authorities said, raising concerns because smugglers have tried to reuse such passages before. One tunnel has been sitting unfilled for 13 years.

Airparks: a plane in your garage
Located in Ocala, Florida, Jumbolair is probably the best known fly-in community in the world. One of the first purchasers in the development was actor John Travolta who keeps his own Boeing 707 in his garage. Jumbolair contains America's largest private airstrip, but it’s not the only airpark in the country.
