Fred Durst Sues Over Stolen Sex Video


One week after a sex video starring Fred Durst began circulating on the Internet, the Limp Bizkit front man has filed a $80 million lawsuit against web sites that posted the footage and stills from the singer's X-rated romp with a former girlfriend. In a federal copyright infringement/invasion of privacy complaint filed Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, Durst notes that he recorded the racy video around 2003 (with the consent of his partner) and that it was "never intended to be shown to the public."

Al Qaeda group said to post online magazine


A new online magazine purportedly posted by Al Qaeda's affiliate in Iraq has launched an effort to recruit Muslims to rid Iraq of infidels and apostates -- its names for Americans and their Iraqi partners. The colorful, well-designed magazine is named Zurwat al-Sanam, Arabic for ''The Tip of the Camel's Hump" -- a reference among Islamic militants to ''the epitome of belief and virtuous activity."

California says no to certifying organic marijuana


Organic pot won't be getting the official seal of approval in California.

State officials have told the Mendocino County agriculture department it can't certify medical marijuana as organic. County officials wanted to know if pot could be labeled organic, like pesticide-free produce.
