'Gracious Living for a Model City' is the theme of the 1st World Toilet Expo & Public Toilet Forum 2005, to be held in Shanghai, China from 11-13 May 2005. Gut für den Po, schlecht fürs Klo: Eine Studie des Versorgungsunternehmens British Gas hat zum Klopapierverbrauch Alarmierendes herausgefunden. Der Luxus für den Po führt dazu, dass immer öfter Klopapier zum Einsatz kommt, das sich im Wasser fast nicht auflöst. Der Effekt: verstopfte Toiletten. Sogar eine Zeitung löst sich im Wasser schneller auf als so manches Aloe-Vera-Supervlies.
