Handy-Zielwerfen
Während es in Finnland bei den Weltmeisterschaften darum geht, sein Mobiltelefon möglichst weit zu werfen, wird es demnächst in der Obersteiermark technisch anspruchsvoller: Auf der Messe in Trofaiach am 14. November muss das Handy möglichst punktgenau durch verschieden große Basketballkörbe geworfen werden. Der Sieger wird durch ein Punktesystem ermittelt und bekommt originellerweise ein Handy als Preis.

Bin Laden Warns The American People Of Another 9/11
Al Qaeda leader Osama Bin Laden, in a new video broadcast by al-Jazeera, has warned Americans to change their foreign policy or face 'another Manhattan', referring to the September 11th attacks. The terrorist leader also refers to the US elections.

US Military took 250 Tons of Munitions from Iraq
US Major Austin Pearson has come forward to say that his 3rd Infantry Division took some 250 tons of munitions and other materials from the Al-Qaqaa storage dump in Iraq shortly after dictator Saddam Hussein was toppled.
