Boy survives on 'chip' diet for 14 years!


Mark Chambers is an athletic 16-year-old but the secret to his health is nothing but a diet of chips.

According to The Sun, he has lived only on chips for the last 14 years since he started eating them at the age of two. He has a large plate for lunch and another for supper.

Alleged Hacker Now Works for Microsoft


A man accused of hacking into search engine company AltaVista's computer systems about two years ago is now employed by Microsoft Corp., reportedly working on search technology. Microsoft spokeswoman Tami Begasse said Friday that Chavet, who lives in suburban Kirkland, is an employee of Microsoft. She declined further comment on the nature of Chavet's employment or when he started at the company, citing Microsoft policy on not discussing personnel matters.

Man was raised by chickens


Social workers in Fiji are trying to rehabilitate a 32-year-old man they say was raised by chickens. The man was locked in a chicken coop as a child for years by his grandfather after his parents died, reports NBC. He had little contact with humans and picked up the habits of the birds. After escaping from the coop, the man was taken to a local hospital.

McDonald's wird wegen Frittenfett verklagt


McDonald's hatte im Jahre 2002 zugesagt, das in den Restaurants benutzte Frittenfett durch ein fettärmeres, gesünderes Fett zu ersetzen. Dies sollte bis zum Februar 2003 geschehen sein, es geschah jedoch nie.
