Bank robber returns to crime scene, repays cash
A British robber who stole about $300,000 in cash from a bank broke back in a week later to give most of it back, police say.
The thief got into the Barclays Bank in east London, smashed a window and helped himself to the cash in the automatic teller machine.

Former cook 'put semen in sandwiches'
A former cook at an Illinois restaurant has been ordered to stand trial after putting his semen in sandwiches.
Police said that Anthony J. Lindhorst, of Waterloo, Illinois, deliberately contaminated food on at least two occasions by putting his semen into honey-mustard dressing.

Top Mexico Drug Suspects Nabbed
Authorities said Monday they captured two of the top leaders of one of Mexico's most feared drug gangs, men ranked among the most-wanted suspects on both sides of the U.S.-Mexico border. Efrain Perez and Jorge Aureliano Felix are "numbers one and two in the command structure of the Arellano Felix cartel (search)," after family members themselves, Attorney General Rafael Macedo de la Concha told a news conference.

Man Arrested For Growing Marijuana in Barbeque
A man is arrested over the weekend for manufacturing marijuana in a barbeque grill.
Thirty-one-year-old William Ahlberg admitted to growing seven marijuana plants in a grill. He had been living in the home for nearly a year and a half and was concerned his landlord would find the illegal plants.

Iraqi Missile Engines Found in Netherlands, UN Inspectors Say
Two engines from Iraqi surface-to-air missiles, including one from an Al Samoud 2 missile banned by the United Nations, have turned up in a scrap yard in the Netherlands, according to UN arms inspectors.
Representatives of the unidentified scrap yard said at least five and as many as 12 similar engines were sent to the Rotterdam location earlier this year, and more may have passed through, according to a report dated May 28 from the UN Monitoring, Verification and Inspection Commission.

A U.S. Supreme Court ruling that Holocaust victims’ families can sue Austria to recover Nazi-looted paintings could have repercussions for other cases against European governments.
The court ruled Monday that Americans can sue foreign governments in U.S. courts over looted art, stolen property and war crimes dating back to the Holocaust era.

Velvet Revolver, a Rock Supergroup for New Decade
- The bad boys of rock are back -- sober, older and wiser, but still hoping to turn the music world on its head.
Guns N' Roses ruled the 80s with a mixture of punk and glam rock, while Stone Temple Pilots were one of the top grunge bands of the 90s. Both crumbled under an avalanche of alcohol and drug abuse, but now individual members have recovered and merged to bring back rebellious rock anthems as Velvet Revolver.
The supergroup emerged when Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash, bassist Duff McKagan and drummer Matt Sorum co-opted Stone Temple Pilots singer Scott Weiland and Wasted Youth guitarist Dave Kushner.

Israeli jets have attacked a guerrilla target near the Lebanese capital Beirut, according to an army statement.
The air strike was reportedly in response to an attack on an Israeli naval vessel patrolling in the Mediterranean earlier in the day.

Man Allegedly Sells Marijuana At Pizza Shop
-- A man was arrested Friday for allegedly selling marijuana along with pizza at a Kent pizza shop, reported NewsChannel5.
Police say 28-year-old Zteven J. Ellis, of Akron, would take orders for both marijuana and pizza at the shop.
According to police, customers could have pizza and marijuana delivered, or they could pick it up at the shop.
