Scientists clone 30 human embryos
South Korean scientists have cloned 30 human embryos to obtain cells they hope could one day be used to treat disease.
Seoul National University's Woo Suk Hwang, and colleagues, took the genetic material from normal cells in women donors and combined it with their eggs.

Michael Jackson Faces Cash Crisis
Michael Jackson is near insolvency as he continues to pile up debt, sapping his last credit reserves, several close financial advisers say.
Mr. Jackson faces an immediate cash crisis with a $70 million loan from the Bank of America that is due on Tuesday and has no money to repay it, the advisers said. But Al Malnik, a Miami entrepreneur who is helping repair Mr. Jackson's finances, said that he was trying to have the loan extended.

Mike Pusateri, Elisabeth Freeman and Eric Freeman at Disney shares their enterprise blogging initative. Its very similar to the experience we have had with Socialtext, without the integration of blog and wiki with enterprise requirements in mind. The focus on blogging for project communication instead of just individual expression is spot on.

M&M sweets pack together more densely than perfect spheres when randomly jumbled in a container, scientists say.
Same-sized spheres were previously thought to have the highest "packing fraction" - the relative density of objects when shoved in a container.
