Und jetzt möchte auch Hugh Grant ins Gruselfach wechseln: Der eigentlich immer in Komödien auftretende, britische Schauspieler zeigt Interesse an dem wegen Totschlags verurteilten "Kannibalen von Rotenburg".
Nach Aussagen seines Anwalts hat der "Kannibale" etlicheAnfragen zu den Film- und Buchrechten vorliegen.

Dschungel-Camp: Aalschleim war Gelatine
Der Fischereiexperte Heiner Klinger von der Landesanstalt für Ökologie, Bodenordnung und Forsten (LÖBF) in Recklinghausen meinte, die in der RTL-Sendung verwendete Substanz sei eher eine "Gelatine" gewesen. RTL-Sprecher Frank Rendez betonte dagegen: "Aalschleim ist Aalschleim. Den Fischen in Australien geht es wie den Menschen - sie schwitzen mehr."

Cannabis tips lead to apology
Presenters on a gardening programme apologised to listeners yesterday after they gave a caller advice on cultivating cannabis.
McColl were asked for tips on using a propagator for a hybrid of cannabis called Northern Lights on their Radio Scotland show, Beechgrove Potting Shed.

First Sony Blu-Ray recoder sales scheduled for May
The first Blu-Ray recorder (405nm) from Sony is scheduled to hit the market on May,2004.Two different models will be available and are mainly addressed for professional and business data archieve. The Sony BW-RS101 will offer an Ultra 160 SCSI interface, while the second model (June 2004) will be equiped with USB 2.0 interface. The SCSI model will cost 3,200 EUR and the price for the USB 2.0 version is expected to be 200 EUR higher. The company will also launch auto disk-loaders for both drive models.

Tamagotchi, the interactive robot pet, is to get a new lease of life.
Bandai, the Japanese toy firm behind the egg-shaped plastic toy, has said it plans to relaunch the Tamagotchi robot next month.
