Deutsche Polizei: rassistisch und gewaltbereit?
Nacheinander legten die Anti-Rassismus-Initiative Aktion Courage und amnesty international ihre Dokumentationen über Polizeiübergriffe in Deutschland vor. Für die Gewerkschaft der Polizei gibt es keinen Hinweis darauf, dass sich Gewaltmissbrauch bei der Polizei sich nicht nur auf Einzelfälle beschränkt, sondern ein strukturelles Problem ist. Dabei reicht eine längere Bahnfahrt durch Deutschland, um festzustellen, dass noch immer insbesondere der Bundesgrenzschutz sich bei seinen Kontrollen von der Hautfarbe leiten lässt.

DJs mix CDs attacked in attempt to control copyright
They have already confiscated $100,000’s worth of mix CDs from independent record stores across the US.
DJ mix CDs, sold in almost every independent record store are on the whole unlicensed and technically illegal to distribute. However, DJs and producers alike often rely upon these illegal mixes in order to gain credibility, and to promote themselves to the general public.

G Patch für Internet Explorer im Februar - bis dahin rät Microsoft vom Anklicken von Links ab
Durch ein Sicherheitsleck im Browser Internet Explorer ist es möglich dem Nutzer vorzugaukeln, er wäre auf einer bekannten Seite, während eigentlich eine ganz andere Seite angezeigt wird. So wird es Angreifern möglich, den Nutzer zur Eingabe von sensiblen Daten zu bewegen. Im Februar will Microsoft einen Patch veröffentlichen, der dieses Problem behebt.
