Smittens
I created the idea of Smittenstm while on a romantic walk with my husband. We were trying to hold hands through our bulky mittens, when it dawned on me to create a mitten that was large enough for both our hands. That way, I thought, we could truly hold hands.

Google Applies Double Standard to Political Vendors
As a commercial entity, the popular search engine Google has joined the esteemed ranks of media and academic organizations that have a responsibility to be objective but instead choose to manage information based upon an apparent ingrained partisan and socio-ideological bias.

Mission 3D's Photo3D 303 Kit
It's really too bad that everyone doesn't have a pair of red-blue 3D Glasses laying around. The reason being is this review is of the Photo3D 303, which is a 3D photography system. I will, of course, report as accurately as possible the usability of this clear-cut geek toy, however, should you not have a pair of 3D glasses lying about, I did find this page which shows you how to make your own.

Medical marijuana's side effect: fear
Joan Holland's pain finally received a name in 1988, the summer she went to the beach with her husband and two little girls and kept getting knocked over by the waves. It was diagnosed as multiple sclerosis.
Over the years, the retired schoolteacher has tried seemingly everything, from the traditional to the admittedly wacky, to find even a little bit of comfort.

AMDAthlon 64 Performance Computing – The heat is on!
Performance… need we say anything else to an enthusiast. We all want it but unfortunately 90% or more of us cannot afford it. What a performance PC may be one week, won’t be next week. In the ever growing world of PC hardware, you just can’t afford to constantly have the fastest PC. Though, we must say that if it wasn’t for all this hardware being released, this website wouldn’t exist, and I would be playing Frogger on my XT again – No! Not Radeon XT but the beloved 086 11MHz (with the turbo button on) XT.

Cigar Galaxy
What's lighting up the Cigar Galaxy? M82, as this irregular galaxy is also known, was stirred up by a recent pass near large spiral galaxy M81. This doesn't fully explain the source of the red-glowing outwardly expanding gas, however. Recent evidence indicates that this gas is being driven out by the combined emerging particle winds of many stars, together creating a galactic "superwind." The above recently released photograph from the new Subaru Telescope highlights the specific color of red light strongly emitted by ionized hydrogen gas, showing detailed filaments of this gas. The filaments extend for over 10,000 light years. The 12-million light-year distant Cigar Galaxy is the brightest galaxy in the sky in infrared light, and can be seen in visible light with a small telescope towards the constellation of Ursa Major.
